When a unit is past saving, we swap it without drama: old equipment hauled away, the new system installed, dialed in, and tested before we leave.
Two to four visits a year, depending on your level, to keep small problems small: coils cleaned, filters swapped, refrigerant and electrical checked, everything documented.
The Comfort Plan
Maintenance catches worn parts, dirty coils, and low refrigerant before they turn into a dead system on the hottest day of the year. Every Comfort Plan — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — includes:
One flat price per system, billed yearly or split monthly. The three levels differ in how often we come out, how much you save, and how fast we get there.

Prices are per system, per year. A system is one furnace and its paired air conditioner, or one heat pump or packaged unit.

The two seasonal tune-ups that keep your manufacturer's warranty valid and catch problems early.

Everything in Bronze, plus you skip ahead when something breaks, pay less when it does, and stop buying filters.
Ask about Silver$500per system, per year — or $100 down and $36.36 a month
Four visits with deep cleaning, a guaranteed 24-hour response, and the longest warranty we offer. Best for older systems and anyone who has been burned by a summer breakdown.
Ask about GoldExtended Silver and Gold repair warranties apply while your plan stays active. Filters included are our standard 1-inch pleated filter; if your system takes a specialty filter, you pay only the difference.
